If you wish to return your item back to us, please return to:

Please return your order back to us within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

For your return to be completed, please send the order packing slip/invoice in with your return or make sure your order number and name is written inside.

Please contact us via email or phone before returning your item back to us. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or disapproval of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping cost to return their item.

Please note that any extra shipping costs paid for by the customer upon ordering are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange your order for a different colour or length/size. Please contact us and explain how you would like to exchange, and then send your order back to us with a note inside stating how you would like this order exchanged.
